All patients who come to our hospital for examination must register in the premises of the central register of patients, which is located at the main entrance to the hospital. After presenting a health insurance card (for foreigners, an identification document – ID card, passport), the patient is registered and at the same time placed in the waiting room of one of the main departments or the complementary department of the hospital (X-ray department – CT, SONO). Registration of patients who come to us for hospitalization on LNP or DLP beds takes place only in the individual inpatient departments of the hospital as part of the so-called "patient admission".
Registration is not carried out:
a) for patients who come to the sampling room for a planned laboratory examination,
b) for patients who come to the rehabilitation and physiotherapy workplace for a planned procedure.
Employees of the central patient register ensure the first contact with the patient after their arrival to the hospital, solve the specific agenda associated with foreign patients and ensure the receipt of all payments and fees related to standard and special care in our hospital. The workplace is open daily from 7:00 to 21:00
